This page contains copies of all documents, mark pennies and photos associated with the rededication of the Masonic Hall on 7 February 2009. The report in green is taken from the PGL website as were some of the photographs and we thank the RWPGM for his permission to use them. The report in purple is the lodge report.

Bro. James L. Jack, Provincial Grand Master headed a very large Deputation from Provincial Grand Lodge to a Special Meeting of Lodge Robert King Stewart No. 919 in New Stevenston this afternoon. The purpose of the meeting was to celebrate the Centenary of the Masonic Hall and to conduct a Re-dedication Ceremony almost exactly 100 years to the day that Bro. Col. Robert King Stewart, Provincial Grand Master first Dedicated the Hall.

The Ceremonial was conducted by the Provincial Grand Master and the Provincial Chaplains Bro. Rev. Peter Price and Bro. James Ferguson in a very dignified manner.

After the Ceremonial the Brethren retired to a Centenary Dinner in the Hall.

To mark the occasion of the rededication of the Masonic Hall 100 enameled Mark Pennies were struck and sold to the brethren - all are now sold. A further 10 unenameled pennies were also struck and they too are now sold. More details of the meeting to follow.
